Technical Service Trainer

Responsible for conducting, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive commercial vehicle service training program for all dealerships in Central America & Caribbean (in both Spanish & English) and internal employees. Program includes instruction on complete vehicle construction and function, diagnostics and repair of emissions/after treatment, diesel engine, transmission (AT/MT), electrical systems, suspension and steering, hydraulic and air brakes, HVAC, and usage of Isuzu service related tools (i.e., scanning tool, web based workshop manual etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Diesel Technology or equivalent directly related work experience. Minimum five years of experience in product support for a company that sells and services automotive technical and/or diesel engine related products. Minimum three years of experience as a repair technician or equivalent directly related work experience, preferably as an instructor, automotive engineer or skilled technician. Strong knowledge of diesel/IC engine and powertrain systems required. Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Distribution Specialist

Responsible for the administration of all Commercial Vehicle distribution activities. Processes requests for information, changes and updates from dealers, regional and GM personnel via phone, e-mail, internal electronic mail system and fax. Business Development Specialist

Supports regional sales efforts by assisting District Sales Managers and dealers in conquest and sales promotion activities by utilizing appropriate Isuzu marketing materials and resources. Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsible for all quality assurance programs to ensure vehicle quality and port operations are being maintained according to Isuzu North America Corporation standards. Conducts port of entry audits to ensure that recommended policies for parts handling and storage, vehicle storage and condition, truck and rail loading, and installation procedures for P.I.O. accessories meet all requirements as specified in the QSM policy and procedure manual. Develops, trains, and maintains P.I.O. instruction, port modification instruction, policy and procedure, QA, and tie down manuals and curriculum. Conducts vehicle quality audits at all U.S. ports to provide quality assurance data for submission to all related manufacturing facilities. Analyzes the raw data and performs statistical analysis to identify emerging trends. Conducts random sampling inspections of quality deficiencies, warranty items, and failure incidents as they relate to all vehicle models and associated parts.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent directly related work experience. Minimum one year experience in quality assurance or closely related field. Certified Quality Engineer and/or Six Sigma certification preferred. ASE or ASQC certifications preferred. Strong technical theory and applied knowledge or skills with both gasoline and diesel engines in commercial trucks. Knowledge of quality control techniques and practices, total quality management, advanced quality planning, and statistical process control.
