Manager, SAP

Manages SAP applications focusing on VMS, SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, Warranty, APO, BI/BW, Dealer Portal Integration, PI/PO and EDI/Non-EDI interfaces supporting the client's sales and logistics/distribution functions. Manages the delivery of new functionality, enhancements and defect remediation. Implements and maintains best practices across the entire software development cycle. Stays abreast of industry and technology trends. Minimum ten years SAP Application Managed Support (AMS) or Managed Support Services (MSS) in multi-vendor environment; minimum seven years experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle; experience participating and managing requirements gathering, development, and system/integration testing; experience with non-SAP, custom solutions. Previous manufacturing, distribution, sales, and sales supply chain management industry experience within an automotive environment; SAP VMS, Warranty, APO, BI/BW, Dealer Portal Integration experience desirable. Formal project management experience and/or PMP certification, automotive/distribution industry preferred. Solid knowledge of SAP systems maintenance and support needs in a production environment. Thorough understanding of entire software development lifecycle and application support needs; recent SAP (ECC 6.6) modules to include VMS, SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, Warranty, APO, BI/BW, Dealer Portal Integration, PI/PO, and EDI/Non-EDI interfaces. CAE Structural & NVH Engineer II

Pursue state of the art Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) to improve product Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) performance and structural durability while minimizing time and cost involved in developing new products. Provide engineering analysis from tests and simulations, and report findings. Participate in the deployment of structural and NVH CAE processes within Isuzu. Develop and improve structural and NVH CAE capabilities, methodologies, processes, and tools. Create and analyze flexible multi-body dynamic models of engine and transmissions for system level vibration and radiated noise analysis. Conduct total powertrain, sub-system, and component level modal and NVH analysis. Conduct dynamic response and stress analysis on engine mounts, accessory drive components, intake/exhaust, prop-shafts, half-shaft support, oil pan, and other related components. Work with local and global CAE and NVH teams to resolve powertrain noise and/or durability issues quickly. Assist in coordinating CAE structural and NVH activity between internal and external teams and testing groups to meet program timing.

The position requires a Master's degree in degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in an automotive research and development occupation, an automotive, engine development occupation, or a related occupation. Position also requires 3 years of experience in each of the following skills: experience with Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and noise analysis; engine or vehicle development; and report writing. Engineer II, CV Engineering (Electrical)

Conducts engineering activities related to product design such as drawing creation, engineering specification reviews, engineering cost estimates, proper development timing, and support testing for appropriate projects. Automotive parts knowledge for material selection (metal, plastic, textile), production processes, test methods, regulations, and component/sub-system design development process. Familiar with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)/American Standard Test Method (ASTM). CAD/CAM design systems; Siemens NX & TcAE or similar. PC computer system experience and usage; Microsoft Office. Familiarization with simulation software and common diagnostic equipment. Cyber security fundamentals. Advance New Technologies including Electric Vehicle (EV), Electric Vehicle Hybrid (HEV), Autonomous Vehicle, Model Based Design (MBD), and Telematics. Strong analytical skills.
